CEO Richard Paulson walks us through the unmet need in myelofibrosis and the phase three data, which almost doubled the percent of patients achieving SVR35 (a measure of spleen volume reduction) at Week 24, one of the trial's co-primary endpoints. The company will also have a key pivotal trial readout in endometrial cancer sometime in the middle of this year.
