John Hood, the successful biotech entrepreneur and Co-Founder and CEO of Endeavor, describes the biological hypothesis for Hedgehog inhibition in IPF and why he thinks ENV-101 is the right asset for it. It is currently in a phase 2b that will read towards the end of the year, and he believes the trial can show more than just a slowing of the disease.
